There are three ways to fulfill TikTok Shop orders with SPL. Fulfill directly in the SPL app by clicking Fulfill on TikTok, adding a courier and tracking number, then marking the order fulfilled. Import the order into Shopify and fulfill it there like any other order. Or, for 4PL orders, use the SPL TikTok Order Fulfillment block inside your Shopify admin without opening the app at all.
Which one you use comes down to how you already work. If TikTok is a small side channel, fulfilling straight from the SPL app is quickest. If you process everything from one place, importing orders into Shopify, or using the Shopify admin block, keeps your workflow intact.
This guide walks through all three, step by step, and explains which suits which kind of seller.
TikTok Shop Integration — SPL
Brings TikTok Shop orders into Shopify, lets you fulfill them from either platform, and pushes courier and tracking details straight back to TikTok. Includes a Shopify admin block for 4PL orders, so you can create shipping labels without leaving your admin.

Here is the process on screen. The written steps below cover each method in detail, including the newer Shopify admin route for 4PL orders.
Which method should you use
All three end the same way, with tracking sent back to TikTok Shop and the order marked fulfilled. The difference is where you do the work.
| Method | Where you work | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Direct in SPL | SPL app, Unfulfilled Orders | Low TikTok order volume, or when you just want it done fast |
| 2. Import to Shopify | Shopify Orders | Sellers who fulfill everything through Shopify and use its shipping tools |
| 3. Shopify admin block (4PL) | Shopify admin, inside the order | 4PL orders, and anyone who never wants to switch apps |
Step 1: Open the Orders section
In the SPL app, go to the Orders section, then open Unfulfilled Orders. This is your queue of everything waiting to ship.
Method 1: Fulfill directly from the SPL app
The fastest route. You never leave the app, and TikTok Shop is updated as soon as you finish.
In Unfulfilled Orders, click the Fulfill on TikTok button next to the order.
Select the Courier and enter the Tracking Number. Both need to be accurate, since this is what the buyer sees and what TikTok Shop uses to measure your dispatch performance.
Click Mark as Fulfilled to complete the order on TikTok Shop.
Method 2: Import the order and fulfill via Shopify
If you already run packing, labels and shipping through Shopify, bring the TikTok order across and treat it like any other.
Importing the order
Click the Import button in the SPL app to bring the order into Shopify.
If the product is not already connected to Shopify, you will be asked to connect it manually first. This links the TikTok listing to the matching Shopify product so stock and orders line up correctly.
Once the product is imported, future orders for that product come into Shopify automatically. You only do the manual connection once per product.
Fulfilling the order in Shopify
Go to the Orders section in Shopify, find the order, and open it.
Click the Fulfill Item button.
Add the Tracking Number and select the Shipping Carrier.
Click Fulfill Item to complete it. The tracking details sync back to TikTok Shop automatically, so there is nothing to copy over by hand.
Method 3: Fulfill 4PL orders from your Shopify admin
For 4PL TikTok orders, you can handle everything inside your Shopify admin without ever opening the SPL app dashboard. This is the newest route and the one most merchants prefer once they know it exists.
- Go to Shopify Admin, then Orders.
- Open the TikTok order you want to process.
- Scroll down to the Blocks section.
- Click the SPL TikTok Order Fulfillment block.
- Click Create TikTok Shipping Label.
- Select the package and confirm fulfillment.
Once confirmed, the system sends fulfillment details to TikTok, generates the shipping label, and syncs tracking information automatically. It is ideal if you manage all your orders from Shopify and would rather not switch between apps.
Still fulfilling TikTok orders by hand? SPL imports them into Shopify, generates 4PL shipping labels from your admin, and syncs tracking back to TikTok automatically. Free to install, plans from $9.99/month.

Order fulfillment FAQs
My TikTok Shop orders are not importing into Shopify. What should I check?
The usual cause is that the product is not connected between the two platforms yet. TikTok orders can only import if the item they contain is linked to a matching Shopify product, so connect it manually once using the Import flow and future orders for that product come across automatically. If products are connected and orders still are not arriving, check that your warehouse is connected and mapped to a Shopify location, since orders need a valid inventory origin to route to.
Do I have to fulfill from Shopify, or can I do it all in the SPL app?
Either works. Fulfilling directly in the SPL app is the fastest option and updates TikTok Shop immediately. Importing to Shopify makes sense if you use Shopify's shipping tools or want every order in one place. There is no wrong choice, so pick the one that matches how you already pack and ship.
Does tracking automatically sync back to TikTok Shop?
Yes. Whichever method you use, the courier and tracking number are sent to TikTok Shop and the order is marked fulfilled there. You do not need to copy tracking numbers between platforms by hand, which is exactly the manual step this integration removes.
What is the SPL TikTok Order Fulfillment block in Shopify admin?
It is a block that appears inside your Shopify order page, under the Blocks section, for 4PL TikTok orders. From it you can create a TikTok shipping label, choose the package and confirm fulfillment without opening the SPL app. Fulfillment details and tracking are then sent to TikTok automatically.
Why can I not see the customer's name or address on an order?
Because TikTok Shop is handling fulfillment for that order and masks buyer details behind asterisks. You cannot ship it yourself without an address, so switch to Shipping by Seller in Seller Center. Note that the change only applies to new orders placed after you enable it.
What happens if I enter the wrong tracking number?
The buyer sees tracking that does not move, which usually leads to a support message or a dispute, and unresolved delivery problems can affect your seller metrics. Update the tracking details as soon as you spot the mistake and let the customer know, rather than waiting for them to chase it.
Do I need to connect every product manually before orders import?
Only once per product, and only for products that are not already linked. After a product has been connected, every future TikTok order containing it imports to Shopify automatically. Products you synced from Shopify in the first place are already linked, so this mostly affects listings created directly on TikTok Shop.
