If you already have a product live in one EU TikTok Shop, say Ireland, SPL's Replicate Product feature clones it to your other connected EU regions like France, Italy, Germany and Spain without rebuilding the listing. Open Products in SPL, click More Actions then Replicate Product, pick the target regions, set price and inventory per region at the variant level, and click Replicate. SPL translates the content, applies category and compliance settings per region, and pushes the product to every selected shop at once. Inventory defaults to Exclusive mode, so each region keeps its own separate stock pool.
The idea is simple: you have already done the work of listing a product properly in one EU market, so replicate it rather than starting over four more times. Each region still gets its own price, stock and translated content, but you set it in one flow.
This guide walks the replication step by step, and explains the Exclusive inventory default and the Convert Currency shortcut.
Replicate a live listing, or sync from your catalogue?
Replicate Product is for when a product is already listed and connected in one EU region and you want to copy it to other EU regions. That is this guide.
If you are building a Shopify product out to multiple EU regions from scratch, with shared or distributed inventory, use our Intra-EU Global Products sync guide instead. Selling into the EU from outside it? See the cross-border guide.
TikTok Shop Integration — SPL
Replicates an existing EU TikTok listing to your other EU regions in one flow, translating content, mapping categories and compliance per region, and setting independent price and stock for each. No rebuilding from scratch.
What Replicate Product does
Replicate Product takes a listing that already exists in one EU TikTok Shop and pushes it to your other connected EU regions, without creating a new listing from scratch. Four things make it worth using:
✓ Set different prices and inventory per region at the variant level
✓ Product translations and regional settings apply automatically
✓ The replicated product connects to SPL instantly after successful replication
Step 1: Go to the Products section in SPL
Open the SPL app from your Shopify Admin panel. In the left sidebar, click Products. You will see your product list with columns for Price, Inventory, Shopify Status, TikTok Status and Action.
Step 2: Click More Actions, then Replicate Product
Next to the product you want to replicate, click the More Actions dropdown, then click Replicate Product. This option is available for products that are already connected to a TikTok Shop, which is the key requirement for replication.
Step 3: Select the target regions
A dialog opens showing all your connected EU regions. The source region, where the product already exists, appears checked and greyed out with the label "Already connected in this region." Select the regions where you want to replicate the product.
Step 4: Set price and inventory per region
For each selected region, set the price and inventory quantity at the variant or SKU level. Each region's values are independent, so changing one region does not affect another.
Exclusive inventory mode, explained
By default, inventory mode is set to Exclusive. This means each region has its own separate stock pool, so an order in France will not reduce Germany's inventory. It is the natural fit for replication, since you are usually allocating dedicated stock to each market rather than sharing one pool.
Convert Currency shortcut
You can use the Convert Currency button to automatically calculate regional prices from your source price, then adjust them manually if you want to fine-tune for local demand or VAT. It saves doing the maths by hand for each market.
Already selling in one EU market? SPL replicates that listing to every other EU region in one flow, translated, with its own price and stock. Free to install, plans from $9.99/month.
Install SPL free →Step 5: Click Replicate
Once all prices and inventory quantities are set, click the Replicate button at the bottom-right of the dialog. SPL pushes the product to all selected regions simultaneously.
Replication completes automatically
SPL handles the rest in the background:
- Product content is translated into each region's language automatically.
- Category mapping, attributes and compliance settings are applied per region.
- The product is created in each selected TikTok Shop and connected to SPL.
- It appears in your SPL product list with a TikTok connected icon for each region.
Replication tips
✓ Use Convert Currency for a fast baseline, then tweak per market for VAT and demand
✓ Remember inventory is Exclusive by default, so allocate real stock to each region
✓ Replicate to all target regions in one go rather than repeating the flow per shop
✓ Check the auto-translated content reads well before relying on it in each market
✓ Confirm the TikTok connected icon appears for each region once replication finishes
Replicate Product FAQs
What is the difference between Replicate Product and Global Products sync?
Replicate Product starts from a listing that already exists and is connected in one EU region, and clones it to your other EU regions, defaulting to Exclusive inventory so each region has its own separate stock pool. Global Products sync builds a Shopify product out to multiple regions from scratch and lets you choose a shared pool or distribute stock. Use Replicate when you already sell in one market and want to copy it, and Global Products sync when you are listing across regions for the first time.
Do I need to translate the product myself?
No. Replication translates the product content into each region's language automatically as part of the process. It is still worth reviewing the translated title and description in each market before relying on them, but you do not have to translate anything by hand or paste in your own translations.
What does Exclusive inventory mode mean?
It means each region has its own separate stock pool. An order in France will not reduce Germany's inventory, and so on for every market. It is the default for replication, so when you set inventory per region you are allocating dedicated stock to each one rather than sharing a single pool. If you want one shared pool across all EU shops instead, use the Global Products sync flow.
Can I set a different price for each EU region?
Yes. You set price and inventory per region at the variant or SKU level, and each region's values are independent. You can use the Convert Currency button to auto-calculate regional prices from your source price as a starting point, then adjust manually to account for local VAT, demand or promotions.
Why is Replicate Product not available for my product?
The option only appears for products that are already connected to a TikTok Shop, since replication copies an existing live listing. If a product has not been synced and connected in a source region yet, connect it there first. If it is a brand new product you are listing across regions for the first time, the Global Products sync flow is the right tool instead.
Are category and compliance settings applied automatically?
Yes. During replication, SPL applies category mapping, attributes and compliance settings per region in the background, and creates the product in each selected TikTok Shop. That said, compliance requirements differ by market and are ultimately your responsibility, so confirm that regulated products carry the correct certifications for each EU country you replicate into.
